Click & Collect orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and arrive within 1 - 2 working days. Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday usually arrive by the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday, Saturday's and Sunday's arrive by the following Tuesday. Bank Holidays may result in changes to planned delivery days, or other delivery delays.

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect from your chosen store. You will need to show your order confirmation email in your chosen store to collect your order. Our standard Returns & Exchanges policy applies to all Click & Collect orders. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the TGJones store your item will be delivered to once your order has been placed.
