The Bury Friendly Orchestra invites you to come and enjoy a wonderful evening of festive music to celebrate the start of the Christmas Season.The programme will feature perennial favourites by Leroy Anderson, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Hugh Martin and Prokofiev; alongside traditional tunes and carols from home and abroad, in arrangements by Calvin Custer, Philip Lane, David Sims and Chris Parsons. No festive concert would be complete without a selection of beautiful choral music by John Rutter, and we are delighted that Thetford Singers will be joining the BFO to perform some of his best loved carols. We are looking forward to what promises to be an evening filled with joy and Christmas spirit.
