Tickets Pay what you can afford (Suggested minimum £2.) , talk 11am This talk is a seated event with the option to join in If cost is a barrier, please contact us at [email protected] Learn about the history and health benefits of yoga with local expert Smita Mishra. Whether you would like to listen and watch or join in with the breathing exercises and gentle stretches, no prior yoga experience or flexibility is needed to take part in this event – you can even join in when seated on a chair!  When booking, please inform us if you are able to bring a yoga mat of your own.  Following the talk and interactive demonstration, there will be delicious refreshments provided by Jashu's Kitchen. And masala chai, of course!
