Join our wonderful friend and patron Frances Quinn as she lifts the lid on her fourth novel The Scandalous Ladies Football Club.

It’s 1897 and Minnie Newton, a 28 year old schoolteacher and women’s rights advocate has a passion for football. But this is Victorian society, and football is a men’s game. Isnt it? Join us to hear more from an astonishing writer of historical fiction, and find out why it was so important to Frances to tell this story.
